R-50-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON APPOINTING SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATIVES. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a Municipal Corporation in San <br />3ernardino County, California, and needs to appoint agents to act for it in <br />the Small Claims Court of the San Bernardino County Municipal Court District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Colton appoints Joanne Knowles, Margie I. Ramirez, and William Miller, or <br />any one of them, to represent and appear for the City of Colton to process all <br />claims filed in said court and to accept service of process issued by said <br />court on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. R-30-90 is hereby repealed. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />I[LL L1, Il.
