R-52-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS TO PURCHASE PROPERTY FROM THE <br />FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton, State of California desires <br />to purchase property from the State Agency for Surplus Property, <br />2325 Moore Avenue, Fullerton, California 92633. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, and <br />hereby ordered that the officials whose names, titles, and signa- <br />tures are listed below shall be and are hereby authorized as <br />our representatives to acquire federal surplus property from the <br />California State Agency for Surplus Property under the Terms <br />and Conditions listed on the reverse side of the attached form. <br />NAME <br />Bobby W.
