R-56 -90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF CENTERPOINTE DR. EAST OF MT. <br />VERNON AVENUE <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does herereby declare its intention to order the <br />abandonment of all that portion of Centerpointe Dr. east of <br />Mt. Vernon Avenue as recorded in Map Book 72, Pages <br />32-34, records of San Bernardino County California described <br />as follows: <br />Centerpointe, easterly from right-of-way <br />line of Mt. Vernon Ave. to the southerly <br />prolongation of Santo Antonio Dr, as <br />shown on Parcel Map #7327. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file In the Office of <br />the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2.
