1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. x-58-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE GENERAL <br />PLAN, AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. <br />4163, AND GRANTING OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did consider <br />an amendment to the General Plan for the City of Colton, File Index No. <br />G-1-90, and; <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment and <br />environmental review by the Planning Commission (File No. D-18-90) on <br />April 24, 1990, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said General Plan <br />Amendment and Negative Declaration and the action of the Planning <br />Commission relating thereto in full and is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of the public hearing as <br />required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said public hearing on May 15, <br />1990. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL does hereby find, determine, <br />and order the following: <br />1.
