1 RESOLUTION NO. R-60-90 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AFFORDING SUPPLEMENTAL COMPENSATION TO THE <br />3 CITY TREASURER AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-49-90. <br />4 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 829 fixes the salary for the position of <br />5 City Treasurer at $225 per month, and authorizes the City Council to provide by <br />6 Resolution, supplemental compensation for added duties; and <br />7 WHEREAS, the current City Treasurer, Michael Williams, performs <br />8 duties in addition to those identified in Ordinance No. 829. <br />9 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HERE- <br />10 BY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />11 1. Supplemental compensation for the City Treasurer, Michael <br />12 Williams, shall be fixed at the sum of $1,164 per month, in addition to the sum <br />13 of $225 per month provided by Ordinance No. 829, for a total compensation of <br />14 $1,389 per month. <br />15 2. Supplemental compensation is specifically authorized for the <br />16 performance of City Treasurer, Michael Williams. <br />17 3. Supplemental compensation shall not be provided to subsequent <br />18 City Treasurers, unless so authorized by the City Council. <br />19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution amends Resolution <br />20 No. R-49-90, adopted May 15, 1990, with respect to the compensation to be <br />21 provided for the position of City Treasurer. <br />22 PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 12th day of June, 1990. <br />23 <br />24 �RANK NZ L <br />25 Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />26 <br />ELEN A.
