R-62-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UIVDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE INTER- <br />IVATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, <br />LOCAL 47, ELECTRICAL UNIT OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 23, 1989 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consider- <br />ation to the results of ineetings between representatives of <br />the City of Colton and of the International Brotherhood of <br />Electrical Workers, Local 47 Electric Unit, held pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, attached hereto, is incorporated into and made <br />a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein shall be effective as of December 23, 1989. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, <br />1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />��t � G � i�-�Z� <br />HELEN A.
