R-63-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR LEVY OF <br />ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 FOR CITY <br />COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />California ("this City Council") on May 15, 1990 adopted its <br />Resolution No. R-47-90 initiating processings for the levy of <br />annual assessments for Fiscal Year 1990-91 for the City of Colton <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 and has ordered the Engineers <br />of Work to prepare and file a report in accordance with Sections <br />22622 and 22565, et. seq. of the California Streets and High- ways <br />Code (the "Code"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineers of Work have filed with the City <br />Clerk their report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the <br />matters specified in Section 22567 et. seq., of the Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly presented by <br />the City Clerk to the City Council for consideration and has been <br />fully considered by the City Council and this City Council finds <br />that each and every part of the Engineer's Report is sufficient, <br />and that no portion of the report requires or should be modified <br />in any report. <br />
