Report of miles traveled is not <br />required. Accounting of actual expenses is not required. <br />The sum payable shall be neither inceased nor decreased due to <br />the cost of the vehicle or its operation. <br />This resolution does not limit or prohibit reimburse- <br />ment of expenses for travel to destinations out of the Colton <br />area by motor vehicle. <br />Nothing herein prohibits payment to a person of both a <br />car allowance and reimbursement on a mileage basis of expenses <br />for use of that person's motor vehicle for travel to a <br />destination out of the Colton area. "Travel to a destination <br />out of the Colton area", as used herein, means a trip to a <br />place that is either outside of San Bernardino and Riverside <br />Counties, or more than forty (40) miles from City Hall, <br />Civic Center, Colton. <br />This Resolution supersedes all prior resolutions or <br />authorizations. Except as stated herein, car allowances are <br />not authorized. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, <br />1990. <br />Frank A.
