R-71-90 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT NO. 1 CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM <br />AND ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />California ("this City Council") on May 15, 1990 adopted its <br />Resolution R-47-90 declaring its intention to continue the <br />operation of the City of Colton Landscape Maintenance District No. <br />1 (the "District") for the installation, construction, <br />maintenance, servicing and operation of public landscaping and <br />appurtenant facilities in the District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the City <br />Clerk his report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the <br />matters specified in Section 22567, et. seq. of the Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly presented by <br />the City Clerk to this City Council for consideration and has been <br />fully considered by this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution of intention fixed 7:30 p.m. in <br />the City Council Chambers of the City of Colton, California, as <br />the time and place for a hearing on the question of the continued <br />operation of the District and the levy of assessments for Fiscal <br />Year 1990-91, and provided for notice of said hearing; and <br />
