Engineer's Report. That Engineer's Report <br />and the method of assessment and the diagram and assessment for <br />Fiscal Year 1990-91 as set forth in the Engineer's Report, are <br />hereby approved and confirmed, and the passage of this resolution <br />shall continue the operation of the City of Colton Landscape Main- <br />tenance District No. 1 and shall constitute the levy of an assess- <br />ment for the Fiscal Year 1990-91 <br />SECTION 6. Diagram and Assessment.
