R-72-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING <br />INCREASE IN RECYCLING REVENUE ACCOUNT <br />WHEREAS, the City budget for the payment of <br />recyclables is based on a projection of the level and the <br />rate paid by recycling centers. <br />WHEREAS, recycling centers reimburse the City <br />directly for the total cost paid for recyclables; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is difficult to project an accurate <br />revenue or expenditure budget for recyclables. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Colton that the Finance Department's authorized <br />to automatically increase, without further Council action, the <br />
