That the measures voted upon at the General Municipal Election are as follows: Shall Ordinance No. 0-19A-89, To Provide for Rent Stabilization in Mobile Home Park Spaces, be Adopted? Shall the Ordinance Establishing a Rent Control Exemption for Mobile Home Parks in which not less than Sixty Percent (60%) of all Mobile Home Tenants have executed Tenant Leases for a term of more than Twelve (12) Months be Adopted? Shall the Ordinance Establishing a Program to Exempt Certain Mobile Home Parks from the Provisions of the Colton Mobile Home Rent Control Ordinance in return for Voluntary Rent Reduction for a Limited Number of Low Income Mobile Home Tenants be Adopted? SECTION 3. That the number of votes given at each pre- cinct and the number of votes given in the City for and against the measure were as listed in Exhibit "All attached. that: SECTION 4. The City Council does declare and determine As a result of the Election, a majority of the voters voting on Measure "J", relating to Ordinance No. 0-19A- 89, did vote in favor of it and that the measure was carried, and shall be deemed adopted and ratified. As a result of the Election, a majority of the voters voting on Measures "K" and "Ll' did not vote in favor and the measures did not carry, and shall be deemed denied. SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of the City Council of the City, a statement of the result of the election showing: 1. The whole number of votes cast in the City; 2. The measure voted upon; 3. The number of votes given at each precinct for and against the measure;
