That the measures voted upon at the General <br />Municipal Election are as follows: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 0-19A-89, To Provide for Rent <br />Stabilization in Mobile Home Park Spaces, be <br />Adopted? <br />Shall the Ordinance Establishing a Rent Control <br />Exemption for Mobile Home Parks in which not less <br />than Sixty Percent (60%) of all Mobile Home Tenants <br />have executed Tenant Leases for a term of more than <br />Twelve (12) Months be Adopted? <br />Shall the Ordinance Establishing a Program to Exempt <br />Certain Mobile Home Parks from the Provisions of the <br />Colton Mobile Home Rent Control Ordinance in return <br />for Voluntary Rent Reduction for a Limited Number of <br />Low Income Mobile Home Tenants be Adopted? <br />SECTION 3. That the number of votes given at each pre- <br />cinct and the number of votes given in the City for and against <br />the measure were as listed in Exhibit "All attached. <br />that: <br />SECTION 4. The City Council does declare and determine <br />As a result of the Election, a majority of the voters <br />voting on Measure "J", relating to Ordinance No. 0-19A- <br />89, did vote in favor of it and that the measure was <br />carried, and shall be deemed adopted and ratified. <br />As a result of the Election, a majority of the voters <br />voting on Measures "K" and "Ll' did not vote in favor <br />and the measures did not carry, and shall be deemed <br />denied. <br />SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of <br />the City Council of the City, a statement of the result of the <br />election showing: <br />1. The whole number of votes cast in the City; <br />2. The measure voted upon; <br />3. The number of votes given at each precinct for and <br />against the measure; <br />
