R-76-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Coltoi <br />does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of <br />General Services of the State of California to purchase Seven (7) <br />Police Patrol Vehicles for and on the behalf of the City of Colton <br />pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all <br />necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for <br />and on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1990. <br />FRANI ZALES <br />ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
