R-78-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATIN OF <br />FENCING AROUND THE WALNUT RESERVOIRS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />declares that the fencing around the Walnut Reservoirs to <br />be an emergency; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State Government Code, Section <br />20168 allows for emergency work to be done to safeguard the <br />life, health or property of the public. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City <br />Council waives the bid processing procedure for the <br />installation of fencing around the Walnut Reservoirs in <br />order to safeguard the life, health and property of the <br />public. <br />July, 1990. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of <br />�FRAMKZALInS <br />M or <br />C/APPROV D AS TO F RM: <br />O L�. <br />STEPHEN W.
