RESOLUTION NO. R-80-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON TO SIGN THE <br />COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR CO MUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEARS 1991-92, 1992-92, AND <br />1993-94, WITH THE SAN BERNARDINO CoUNIy <br />OFFICE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has been notified <br />by the San Bernardino County Department of Economic and Community <br />Development of its eligibility to participate in the County's three-year <br />Community Development Block Grant Cooperating Cities Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been informed that the notification <br />and Cooperating Cities Agreement has made clear that entering into the <br />Cooperating Cities Agreement will be binding for three years; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been informed that the City may not <br />apply for or participate in any other Community Development Block Grant <br />funded programs other than those included in the Cooperating Cities <br />Agreement for the three year period covered by said Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept said Cooperating Cities <br />Agreement and the conditions and responsibilities that relate to said <br />Agreement. <br />
