XIII. Records and Reports The DB Liaison Officer shall maintain such records, and pro. vide such reports, as are necessary to ensure full compliance with this policy. Such records and reports shall include, as a minimum, the following information: 1. Procedures which have been adopted to comply with this DB policy. 2. Awards to DB's. 3. Awards to majority contractors. 4. Final project reports concerning DB utilization. 5. Such other data as is needed to fully evaluate City of Colton compliance with this program. The DB Liaison Officer shall submit reports to CALTRANS and the U.S. DOT elements as required. These reports will include: 1. Number and dollar value of contracts awarded. 2. Number and dollar value of contracts and subcontracts awarded to DB's. 3. Description of general categories of contracts awarded to DB's. 4. The percentage of the dollar value of all contracts awarded during the quarter which were awarded to DB's. 5. Indication as to the extent of which the percentage met or exceeded the overall City goal. 6. Reports shall be broken down separately by ethnic grouping and sex. XIV. DS Listing The City of Colton will utilize a listing of firms certified by CALTRANS to be Disadvantaged Businesses in accordance with DOT Order. This listing will be developed and maintenance in accordance with Sections 23.51, 23.52, 23.53, 23.55 and 23.87 of 49CFR. This listing shall be made available to prospective contractors at no charge. Contractors will be permitted to rely upon the authenticity of firms listed in this directory. A contractor desiring to use an DB not included in the CALTRANS certified listing will be allowed to do so, but will be required to provide the appro- priate certification from the DB before such participation is counted towards award of the project.
