That the above recitals are all true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2. That this legislative body hereby orders the <br />annexation of the properties described in Annexations No. 33 <br />listed below to the Maintenance District. <br />Annexation No. 33 - APN 164-252-07, 164-252-08 and <br />164-252-09 of Tracts #14404-1, 14404-2 and 14404-3 <br />Section 3.
