RESOLUTION NO. R-99-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDERING THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR <br />TO CREDIT ASSESSMENT ROLLS WITH AMOUNTS CHARGED THEREON <br />FOR DELINQUENT ANNUAL ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS FOR <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 (AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER) <br />� � u <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton adopted <br />Resolution No. 4382 on November 1, 1983 authorizing the issuance <br />and sale of improvement bonds for Assessment District No. 79-1 <br />(Airport Commerce Center); and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 21 of said Resolution No. 4382 did covenant <br />that, pursuant to Part 14 (commencing with Section 8830) of Division <br />10 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, it <br />will order and cause to be commenced within 150 -days of the date of <br />receipt of notice from the Office of the San Bernardino County <br />Auditor -Controller of delinquencies in the payment of any <br />installments on any assessments, and thereafter diligently prosecute <br />an action in the Superior Court of California in and for the County <br />of San Bernardino to foreclose the lien of any and all such <br />delinquent installments or of any interest thereon; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City's consultant for assessment collection <br />services was advised by the San Bernardino County Auditor -Controller <br />on April 24, 1990 that annual assessment payments had not been paid <br />for the properties in Assessment District No. 79-1 and for the tax <br />collection periods and in amounts listed as follows: <br />
