RESOLUTION NO. R-99-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ORDERING THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR TO CREDIT ASSESSMENT ROLLS WITH AMOUNTS CHARGED THEREON FOR DELINQUENT ANNUAL ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 (AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER) � � u WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton adopted Resolution No. 4382 on November 1, 1983 authorizing the issuance and sale of improvement bonds for Assessment District No. 79-1 (Airport Commerce Center); and, WHEREAS, Section 21 of said Resolution No. 4382 did covenant that, pursuant to Part 14 (commencing with Section 8830) of Division 10 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, it will order and cause to be commenced within 150 -days of the date of receipt of notice from the Office of the San Bernardino County Auditor -Controller of delinquencies in the payment of any installments on any assessments, and thereafter diligently prosecute an action in the Superior Court of California in and for the County of San Bernardino to foreclose the lien of any and all such delinquent installments or of any interest thereon; and, WHEREAS, the City's consultant for assessment collection services was advised by the San Bernardino County Auditor -Controller on April 24, 1990 that annual assessment payments had not been paid for the properties in Assessment District No. 79-1 and for the tax collection periods and in amounts listed as follows:
