The City of Colton is responding to property owner <br />requests to be annexed; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council recognizes that the proposal must <br />still be scrutinized under the California Environmental Quality <br />Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton hereby adopts this Resolution of Application, and <br />the Local Agency Formation Commission of San Bernardino County is <br />hereby requested to continence proceedings for the Annexation of <br />territory as described in Exhibit ''A'', according to the terms and <br />conditions stated above and in the manner provided by the <br />Cortese -Knox Local Government Reorganization Act of 1985. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of January , <br />1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
