LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR CITY OF COLTON ANNEXATION S/W COLTON IN THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at the center line intersection of Riverside Drive and Aqua Mansa Road, said intersection being also a point in the corporate boundary of the City of Colton; said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence generally Southeast along the corporate boundary of the City of Colton, following all it's various courses and distances to an intersection with the south line of Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said intersection also being a point in the corporate boundary of the City of Colton; said point also being on the San Bernardino County line; Thence Westerly, out of the corporate boundary of the City of Colton, along said San Bernardino County Line, to the southwest corner of the southeast } of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, said point also being on the center line of Brown Avenue; Thence Northerly along said center line, said center line also being the San Bernardino County line, to the intersection with the center line of Agua Manse Road; Thence Northerly along the San Bernardino County Line to an intersection with the north line of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, said line also being the north line of Section 2 to an intersection with the center line of Agua Mansa Road; Thence Northeasterly on the center line of Agua Mansa Road along all it's various courses to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being in the corporate boundary of the City of Colton; (Exhibit "A" map attached.)
