WHEREAS, the CITY OF COLTON desires to provide its voters within the City with <br />the opportunity to participate in an election to determine (i) whether the proposed <br />Regional Park and Open Space District should be established and (ii) the amount of <br />the proposed assessment or range of the proposed assessment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF COLTON hereby requests to be included in the <br />proposed San Bernardino County Regional Parks and Open Space District. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 1991. <br />FRANK A.
