The City of Colton wishes to commence implementation <br />of its infrastructure plan for the area. <br />2. The City of Colton wishes to directly exert its <br />design control in the area. <br />3. The City of Colton is responding to property owner <br />requests to be annexed. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Colton as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing by this City Council was held <br />upon the date at the time and place specified in said notice <br />of public hearing and in any order or orders continuing such <br />hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, at such hearing, the City Council heard and <br />received all oral and written protests; the City Council <br />considered all plans and proposed changes of organization and <br />reorganization, objections and evidence which were made, <br />presented or filed; it received evidence as to whether the <br />territory is inhabited or uninhabited, improved or unimproved; <br />and all persons present were given an opportunity to hear and <br />be heard in respect to any matter relating to said application, <br />in evidence presented at the hearing, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that all legal <br />requirements for notification have been fulfilled and further <br />recognizes that no written protests were filed and no oral <br />protests were given at the advertised hearing, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton does hereby determine, resolve, order and find as <br />follows: <br />i <br />
