The City may amend the Plan in <br />accordance with its terms and to any extent that may be <br />necessary to confirm the Plan to all applicable laws, <br />regulations, or rulings. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that capitalized terms used <br />herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in Section <br />1.1 of the Plan unless otherwise expressly stated herein. <br />Passed, Approved & Adopted this 17th day of December, <br />1991. <br />Attest: <br />Helen Ramos, City Clerk <br />D5:RESPTRET <br />Frank A.
