be followed in connection with the Authority's various activities <br />and actions; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed amendment entitled <br />Amendment No. 1 to Amended Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby approves <br />Amendment No. 1 to Amended Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement as <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this <br />reference with any such non -substantive changes as may be <br />approved by the Mayor and City Attorney. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute the Amendment No. 1 to Amended Joint <br />Exercise of Powers Agreement on behalf of the City and take all <br />such other action as may be necessary in order to implement the <br />- 2 - <br />
