R-13.91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON PROVIDING FOR THE DESIGNATION OF <br />HISTORICAL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 712, 979 AND <br />1150 NORTH LA CADENA DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has an Ordinance establishing <br />rules and regulations governing the designation and perpetration <br />of historic and scenic properties (Ordinance No. 0-11-87); and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission did <br />consider at a duly and legally held public hearing the <br />designation of three historic landmarks at 712, 979 and 1150 <br />North La Cadena Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission <br />having studied and researched said designations recommends <br />approval of said designations based on the finding that the <br />properties had significant character, interest, and value as part <br />of the development and heritage of the City of Colton; and <br />WHEREAS, said properties to be designated are delineated as <br />follows: <br />Landmark #3 712 North La Cadena Drive <br />Assessors Parcel # 161-242-19 <br />Landmark #4 979 North La Cadena Drive <br />Assessors Parcel # 161-185-07 <br />Landmark #5 1150 North La Cadena Drive <br />Assessors Parcel # 161-101-32 and; <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the City Council on November 6, 1990 on the aforesaid <br />recommendation of the Historic and Scenic Preservation <br />Commission; and <br />
