R-20-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, SAN BERNARDINO <br />COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br />AUTHORIZING A CLAIM FOR SB -325 ROADS AND <br />HIGHWAY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton allocation of TDA Article 8a (PUC Section <br />99400x), funds has been determined to be $234,522.00 for the 1990-91 Fiscal Year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Colton authorize filing of the claim for the allocation of $234,522.00 for the City of Colton <br />Roads and Highway use under Article 8a of SB -325. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12 day of March 1991. <br />Helen A.
