R-21-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, APPROVING THE EXECUTION <br />OF "STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGEMENT" IN INLAND <br />VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY SCHOOL CASES <br />WHEREAS, Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) is an agency of which the City <br />of Colton is a constituent member, and, <br />WHEREAS, San Bernardino City Unified School District filed in San Bernardino <br />Superior Court case 11258061, and, <br />WHEREAS, County Superintendant of Schools filed in San Bernardino Superior Court <br />case no. 255261, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a respondent and defendant in said cases, and <br />WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached in said cases, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the settlement of said cases is approved <br />and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Colton, the attached <br />"Stipulation for Entry of Judgment" in said cases. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of march '1991. <br />ATTEST.• <br />Helen A.
