R- 30-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FILING <br />APPLICATIONS, AND FEES FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />INFORMATION SERVICES AS PROVIDED FOR IN ORDINANCE <br />1602. <br />WHEREAS, due notice has been given in a local publication; <br />WHEREAS, this Resolution supercedes all prior Resolutions <br />inconsistent herewith; <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />that the following fees are hereby established: <br />Fees provided for in Ordinance 1602 shall be as follows: <br />Environmental Assessment 6 Envi- <br />ronmental Impact Report. County <br />Filing Fee. (To be charged at time <br />City Environmental fees are paid. $ 25.00 <br />San Bernardino County/California <br />State Wildlife fees. (Charged <br />prior to filing Environmental <br />Determination with County - if <br />required of the proposed project <br />due to location.) $1,250.00 <br />County Filing Fee for Wildlife fee <br />process. $ 25.00 <br />Copies - micro film or micro fische $ 3.00 per page <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
