R-31-91 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR ADOPTION OF THE CITY'S URBAN WATER <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR 1990 TO 1995 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of <br />Colton has prepared an Urban Water Management Plan for <br />1990 to 1995 as per AB797. The Urban Water Management <br />Plan is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the <br />7th day of May, 1991 in the Council Chambers in the City <br />Hall, Colton, California, be and the same is hereby fixed <br />as the time and place when and where all persons interested <br />in or objecting to the proposed Urban Water Management Plan <br />may appear before the City Council. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of <br />April, 1991. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />sZt-'r- �AM �-- <br />STEPHEN W.
