R-36 -91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO PROVIDE FOR SEWER SERVICE TO THE <br />ANNEXATION AREA SOUTH 44 (LAFCO 2660). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has always intended to serve the <br />area in question with a public sewer system, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has commissioned a Sewer Master <br />Plan which indicates how the area is to be served, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton does intend to annex the area <br />known as annexation South 44 (LAFCO 2660). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton does intend to provide a public sewer system <br />commensurate with its Sewer Master Plan, if the area is annexed <br />to the City of Colton. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Colton intends to <br />provide, as soon after annexation as possible, a twelve (12) inch <br />line and a sewer lift station at its own expense with <br />reimbursable funds accruing the City as development occurs. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7 th day of May , 1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
