R-38-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE REPAIR OF THE SEWER <br />MAINS FOR OLIVE ST. AND 10TH ST. ALLEY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />eclares that the repair of the sewer mains for Olive Street <br />nd 10th St. alley between "F" and "G" to be an emergency; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State Government Code, Section 20168 <br />llows for emergency work to be done to safeguard the life, <br />ealth, or property of the public. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />aives the bid processing procedure for the immediate repair of <br />he sewer mains for Olive St. and 10th St. alley in order to <br />afeguard the life, health and property of the public. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of May, <br />1. <br />D AS TO FORM: <br />EPHEN W.
