That the above recitals are all true <br />and correct. <br />Section 2. That this legislative body hereby <br />orders the annexation of the properties described in <br />Annexation No. 38, listed below to the Maintenance <br />District. <br />Annexation No. 38 - APN 282-322-32, Tract <br />Map No. 14366 <br />Section 3.
