R-41-91 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SET A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR PROTESTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL LEVYING <br />OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is being proposed for <br />June 18, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of Colton. <br />WHEREAS, a public notice shall be advertised in <br />the local newspaper for a period not less than twice, and <br />not less than 20 days prior to the hearing date. <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the engineer's report will <br />be made available for public inspection of the proposed <br />levied assessments in the office of the City Clerk 20 <br />days prior to the set hearing date. <br />
