The attached City of Colton's Injury and <br />Illness Prevention Program is hereby established and shall be <br />implemented and maintained as mandated by Senate Bill 198. <br />Section 2. Edmund F. Sotelo, City Manager shall be <br />responsible for overseeing the Injury and Illness Prevention <br />Program. He shall designate Helen A. Ramos, Risk Manager to <br />direct the Program Administration through the Risk Management <br />Division. The City's Safety Consultant and Administrative <br />Analyst (Risk Management Div.) will provide guidance and <br />monior the program for compliance with state regulations. <br />Department Heads will be accountable for implementation and <br />maintenance of the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. <br />Department Supervisors will provide day to day supervision <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 4th day of June, <br />1991. <br />A .1ALES <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />A 12 <br />4 i(,flaeul/ <br />HELEN A.
