RESOLUTION NO. J,-45 Y-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION OF EDMUND <br />F. SOTELO <br />WHEREAS, Edmund F. Sotelo ("Sotelo") is the City Manager <br />of the City of Colton ("Colton"); and <br />WHEREAS, on June 4, 1991, Sotelo informed the Mayor and <br />Council Members of Colton that his last day of service will be June <br />18, 1991, and that he is separating himself from city service as <br />city manager; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 5, 1991, Sotelo convened a meeting of <br />heads of departments of Colton and stated to them that he would be <br />leaving city employment as of June 18, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the city council deems the foregoing to <br />constitute a voluntary resignation by Sotelo of the position of <br />city manager; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />resolves that it accepts the voluntary resignation of Sotelo <br />referred to above. <br />DATED: Quytel /1Z1 , 1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />�a- 9qn� <br />City Clerk <br />W WF53074 <br />
