exchanged as a result of the following jurisdictional <br />1 change: <br />2 LAFCO 2660 - Reorganization to include City of <br />3 Colton annexation south 44 and detachment from the <br />4 Bloomington Park and Recreation District. <br />5 SECTION 2 <br />6 The City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves and <br />7 orders that: <br />8 A. The negotiated exchange of property tax revenues between <br />9 the City of Colton and the County of San Bernardino <br />10 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein <br />11 by reference, resulting from the above described <br />12 jurisdictional change, is approved and accepted. <br />13 B. The annual tax increment generated in the area subject <br />14 to the jurisdictional change and attributable to the <br />15 local agencies whose service area or service <br />16 responsibilities will be altered by the proposed <br />17 jurisdictional change shall be allocated in future years <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section 98 of the Revenue <br />18 <br />and Taxation Code. <br />19 SECTION 3 <br />20 The City Clerk of the City of Colton is hereby directed to <br />21 certify to the passage of this Resolution and to cause a <br />22 certified copy to be sent to the Executive Officer of the Local <br />23 Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino. <br />24 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1991. <br />25 ATTEST: <br />26 <br />27 <br />HELEN A.
