R-63-91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />NO. 1 CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM <br />AND ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California ("this" City Council) on May 28, 1991 <br />adopted its Resolution R-41-91 declaring its intention to <br />continue the operation of the City of Colton Landscape <br />Maintenance District No. 1 (the "District") for the <br />installation, construction, maintenance, servicing, and <br />operation of public landscaping and appurtenanct <br />facilities in the District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with <br />the City Clerk his report (the "Engineer's Report") <br />containing the matters specified in Section 22567, <br />et se of the Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly <br />presented by the City Clerk to this City Council for <br />consideration and has been fully considered by this City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution of intention fixed <br />7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of <br />Colton, California, as the time and place for a hearing <br />on the question of the continued operation of the District <br />and the levy of assessments for Fiscal Year 1991-92, and <br />provided for notice of said hearing; and <br />
