Boundaries. That the exterior <br />boundaries of the District are as set forth in the <br />diagram contained in the Engineer's Report on file with <br />the City Clerk. <br />SECTION 5. Engineer's Report. That Engineer's <br />Report and the method of assessment and the diagram and <br />assessment for Fiscal Year 1991-92 as set forth in the <br />Engineer's Report, are hereby approved and confirmed, and <br />the passage of this resolution shall continue the opertion <br />of the City of Colton Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 <br />and shall constitute the levy of an assessment for the <br />Fiscal Year 1991-92. <br />SECTION 6. Diagram and Assessment. That <br />pursuant to Sections 22640 and 22641 of the Code, the city <br />Clerk shall file a certified copy of the diagram and <br />assessment with the San Bernardino County Auditor - <br />Controller not later than the August 15, 1991. <br />SECTION 7. Collection of Assessment. That it <br />is the intention of this City Council to collect annual <br />assessments on the San Bernardino County assessment roll <br />commencing in Fiscal Year 1991-92 pursuant to the <br />procedures set forth in Sections 22629 et. seg. of the <br />Code. <br />
