R-65-91 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON MODIFYING RESOLUTION NO. R-3-88 <br />AND APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AS DEFERRED <br />COMPENSATION COORDINATOR <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-3-88, adopted January 5, 1990, the City Council of the <br />City of Colton established a Deferred Compensation Program, designating the ICMA Retirement <br />Corporation as an alternative plan administrator and the Assistant City Manager as the City's <br />Deferred Compensation Coordinator; and <br />WHEREAS, in the absence of an Assistant City Manager, the City Manager has acted <br />as program coordinator; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has recently hired a Finance Director with the required expertise <br />to coordinate all Deferred Compensation Programs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Resolution No. R-3-88 is hereby amended to designate the Director of Finance, rather <br />than the Assistant City Manager, as the City's ICMA Deferred Compensation <br />Coordinator. <br />2. The Finance Director as designated as Deferred Compensation Coordinator for all such <br />programs in which the City is a participant. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED tg &day7)f Ju y, 1991. <br />z Frank A.
