That the above recitals are all true <br />and correct. <br />Section 2. That this legislative body hereby <br />orders the annexation of the properties described in <br />Annexation No. 39, listed below to the Maintenance <br />District. <br />Annexation No. 39 - APN 162-02-062, <br />Lot 3, Blk. 33 of Colton Addition <br />Section 3.
