(a) $ 30,032.00 - In compromise of the <br />connection fees owed by <br />GRAND TERRACE to COLTON <br />for the period up to and <br />including May 31, 1985; <br />(b) $ 11,318.00 - In compromise of any <br />interest due on any sums <br />owed by GRAND TERRACE to <br />COLTON under the terms of <br />this agreement; <br />(c) $ 86,130.00 - in full and complete <br />payment of all connection <br />fees owed by GRAND TERRACE <br />to COLTON for the period <br />of June 1, 1985 up to and <br />including June 9, 1987. <br />$127,480.00 Total <br />2. Immediately upon full execution of the terms <br />of this Agreement and Release, the Agreeing Parties shall <br />authorize, direct and cause their attorneys to take all <br />necessary actions to dismiss with prejudice and without <br />costs of attorney's fees Case No. 229708. <br />3. Except as included in the payments referred to <br />in the paragraph 1, all parties to this Agreement and <br />Release shall bear their own respective costs of suit and <br />attorney's fees related to the litigation. <br />-3- <br />
