R-72-91 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO APPROVE <br />THE SOURCE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING ELEMENT <br />(SRRE) FOR THE CITY OF COLTON <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does hereby declare its intention to adopt the Source <br />Reduction and Recycling Element as prepared by EMCON <br />Associates as per State Assembly Bill 939. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 20th <br />day of August, 1991 in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, <br />Colton, California be and the same is hereby fixed as the <br />time and place when and where all persons interested in or <br />objecting to the proposed Source Reduction and Recycling <br />Element may appear before the City Council. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, <br />1991. <br />APPROVED ' FORM:_ " i <br />STEPHEN W.
