R-91-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING INTERIM <br />GENERAL LEGAL COUNSEL AND DESIGNATING AN INTERIM <br />CITY ATTORNEY AND INTERIM DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY <br />WHEREAS, City Attorney, Stephen W. Edwards, will retire on <br />October 1, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton and its Redevelopment Agency have <br />established an ongoing relationship with the law firm of Best, <br />Best & Krieger. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Effective October 1, 1991, the law firm of Best, <br />Best & Krieger is appointed as interim general legal counsel for <br />the City of Colton; and <br />Section 2. John E. Brown is designed as interim City <br />Attorney; and <br />Section 3.
