D-02-92 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />3 THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING <br />REPRESENTATIVES TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS <br />4 FOR OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES <br />DISASTER FUNDS <br />5 <br />6 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />7 f Colton that John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works, or <br />8 Zobert A. Lavin, Water Utilities Manager, or C.
