A -191A2 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER <br />THE ABANDONMENT OF CERTAIN OPEN <br />SPACE AREAS WITHIN TRACT 114158. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the <br />City of Colton does hereby declare its intm- <br />tion to order the abandonment of certain Open <br />Spaces Areas Within Tract 114158. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed <br />abandonment, reference is hereby made to the <br />map on file in the Office of the City Clerk, <br />Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on <br />the 20th day of October, 1992, in the Council <br />Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, <br />California, be and the same is hereby fixed <br />as the time and place when and where all <br />persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed abandonment may appear before <br />the City Council. <br />SECTION 3.
