1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />determined the amount of property tax revenues to be <br />exchanged as a result of the following jurisdictional <br />change: <br />LAFCO 2729 - Reorganization to include City of <br />Colton annexation. <br />SECTION 2 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby adopts this <br />resolution of application, and the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission of San Bernardino County is hereby requested to <br />reinitiate proceedings for annexation described as Peppertree <br />lane, according to the terms and conditions provided by the <br />Cortese -Knox Local Government reorganization Act of 1985. <br />SECTION 3 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves and orders <br />that the pending annexation will involve the exchange of property <br />tax revenues between the City of Colton and the County of San <br />Bernardino, as attached hereto. <br />SECTION 4 <br />The City Clerk of the City of Colton is hereby directed to <br />certify to the passage of this Resolution and to cause a <br />certified copy to be sent to the Executive Officer of the Local <br />Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, <br />1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
