R-121-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 005 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE <br />AGREEMENT NO. 08-5065 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton currently has an approved <br />F.A.U. construction project known as Washington Avenue (Barton <br />Road) at Hunts Lane and Reche Canyon Road under local agency - <br />state agreement No. 08-5065; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton wishes to be reimbursed for <br />all allowable and related expenses incurred from said project; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton and the State of California <br />wish to provide an expedited procedure for the pass through of <br />State funds to the City for payment to contractors under State <br />Agreement No. 08-5065; and <br />WHEREAS, as a condition to allocate of Federal Funds <br />available to the State for use on this project the City is <br />required to agree to the special covenants or remarks as set <br />forth in supplement .005. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Colton hereby resolves as <br />follows: <br />The Mayor and City Council hereby approves program <br />supplement No. 005 to said local agency State Agreement No. <br />08-5065 for the aforementioned Federal Aid project. <br />
