R- 19 -92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO <br />FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT REGARDING <br />A CITY MEASURE. <br />WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election is to be held <br />in the City of Colton, California, on June 2, 1992, at <br />which there will be submitted to the voters the following <br />measure: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 0-3-92, Adding Chapter 202 <br />To The Colton Municipal Code To Establish <br />Election Of Member Of The City Council By <br />Districts, be adopted? <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council authorizes <br />Councilmember Rov Roman and Mavor Frank A. <br />Gonzales <br />YES <br />NO <br />members of that body, to file a written argument against <br />the City measure set forth in the recitals hereof in <br />accordance with Article 4, Chapter 3, Division 5 of the <br />Elections Code of the State of California and to change the <br />argument until and including the date fixed by the City <br />Clerk after which no arguments for or against the City <br />measure may be submitted to the City Clerk. <br />1 <br />
