R-26-92 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON ADOPTING THE CITY'S SOURCE <br />REDUCTION AND RECYCLING ELEMENT <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Colton as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Colton held a <br />Public Hearing on February 18, 1992 to consider the City's <br />Source Reduction and Recycling Element pursuant to AB939. <br />SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council <br />hereby finds, from all evidence submitted, the need to adopt the <br />Source Reduction and Recycling Element and the Household <br />Hazardous Waste Element. <br />SECTION 3. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton hereby adopts the Source Reduction and Recycling Element <br />and the Household Hazardous Waste Element. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, <br />1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
