R-31-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE APPLICANT'S <br />APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S <br />DECISION TO DENY FILE INDEX NUMBER <br />DC -73-91. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did <br />hold a public hearing for File Index Number DC -73-91 on February <br />11, 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did deny said application <br />because it was found to not be consistent with the uses existing <br />or proposed in the area; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed said decision within the <br />required time frame; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Planning Commission <br />acted beyond its authority and without the best interest of the <br />City of Colton in mind. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton that the City Council hereby overturns said finding and <br />decision and thereby approves the applicant's appeal, subject to <br />the conditions of approval of File Index Number DC -73-91. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />`��Q•� <br />HELEN A.
